Rebuilding the PostgreSQL Servers

Whether it is because of my stubbornness wanting to control every level of the stack--userdata and information has been stored on servers I have stood up myself, as I am not a fan of how AWS encrypts and stores userdata--I decided to start over when trying to get both HIRE-R and AM-AI to work nicely with one another.

This meant standing up a whole new server, since the original server with the database container was also used for processing and handling the AI Chatbot, so processing latency was huge.

I am slowly getting more people to sign up for the HIRE-R waitlist, which I am beyond enthused about.

So far, both the apps' login pipelines work, but I am removing the 'Login with Apple' functionality as it adds another layer of complexity that I am not smart enough to know how to deal with. If enough interest is shown, I'll figure out how to reintegrate it into the pipeline.
